The Curation is a luxury residential development presented entirely through cinematic renderings and an immersive scroll experience — the physical building doesn't exist yet.
We built the site as a digital sales suite: full-bleed imagery, magazine-grade typography, and a pacing that lets a broker walk a qualified buyer through the project on a tablet.
Every section is designed to help a prospective buyer emotionally move in before ground is broken.
What we had to solve
Sell a multi-million-dollar residence that hasn't been built yet — with no photos, no model unit, and only architectural intent to work with.
How we built it
A cinematic, single-narrative site anchored by hero renders, editorial captions, and a controlled scroll rhythm that mimics a private in-person presentation.
