Pressure-Wash Photos That Sell
Homeowners hire the jump they can see. If the site only shows the truck, they tap the next crew.
They are not hiring the wand. They are hiring the jump.
A Siesta Key homeowner scrolling at 9 p.m. is not comparing PSI. They are looking at black pavers, a mildewed cage, and a neighbor whose driveway came out white last week. They open your site to see if you can make that jump. If the first image is a selfie with a gun, or a truck in a parking lot, they leave. The next listing that shows the stain, then the clean slab, gets the call.
That is the whole sale. Not a slogan. Not “fully insured” in a bio. Two stills a thumb can read in two seconds: this surface, then that surface. If those stills are missing, the rest of the page is a brochure.
After-only shots leak the estimate
Most crews shoot the finish and skip the start. The after is a wide house in hard noon light. The before lives on someone else’s phone, or it was never taken. A homeowner cannot reconstruct the mildew from memory. They cannot tell if you washed their kind of paver, cage, or storefront. They tap away.
Shoot the before before the hose comes off the reel. Same stance, same height, same crop. Then the after from that mark. One pair per surface: driveway, roof, cage, walk. Drone helps on a second-story wall or a commercial lot. It does not replace a ground pair the customer can read on LTE. Video of the wand is extra. The pair is the close.
Put the pair next to the number, on a URL you own
Facebook shrinks the stills, hides the phone, and buries last month’s best job under an ad. Google does not rank an album. The person who typed your name after seeing the trailer needs a page that loads on a phone, shows three pairs above the fold, and has tap-to-call next to the last after — not a form that asks for square footage they do not know.
MojoRenders builds that page for Sarasota and Bradenton wash crews — photography, drone, and a site that puts the proof where a thumb can hit it. See the live pressure-washing work at mojorenders.com/industries/pressure-washing. You talk to Alex. You do not open a ticket.
The next step is a mockup, not a media day on spec
Bring six of your own job photos, or we shoot the next driveway. We will design a homepage around those pairs in 48 hours. You only pay if you want it built. Call 941-491-3641 or start the intake. Prefer a person? Call or text Alex at 941-899-3795.
